We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom. For special shipping requests or bulk international orders, please contact our team directly at info@firenovas.xyz.


2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom Orders: Products that require customization or special installation arrangements may take longer. We will notify you of any delays in processing time.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the type of product ordered:

  • Standard Shipping (UK): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (UK): 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier issues.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £150 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.

  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment status through the courier’s website or contact us if assistance is needed.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check Tracking: Review the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package:

  • We will notify you and offer options for re-shipping (additional fees may apply).

  • If we are unable to reach you within 7 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded, excluding shipping costs.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos of the damaged package/items, and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
