Return Process

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
